"Best hotel we have stayed in for a long while. Very, very clean. Lovely restaurant and bar. Great pool area. Great location from airport (5 min walk)."

"Kitchen was equipped but basic. Room could be updated, looking a little tired. Blinds don't keep out morning light. Check in was difficult, had to be done online. I am an older person not good with technology, I was not offered any assistance from reception staff, eventually my husband worked it out. Best part about this property was the view and position."

"The entire family had only good things to say about this hotel. Everything was maintained and cleaned. All staff were friendly and helpful and available. Room was spacious and well furnished with attention to detail. Hotel had excellent amenities like theatre, Executive lounge and multiple pools. Our Balcony was amazing to sit and watch morning sunrise/afternoon sunset with amazing beach views. Great location across from the beach, 7-11, cafes and restaurants walking distance. Airport is a five min drive which is perfect for early morning/late flights. It rained most of the time we were there but we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate recommending this hotel. We are looking forward to staying there again. We rate our Nirvana by the Sea stay 5/5"

"There was nowhere to put our suitcases. Perhaps one or two purpose built low shelves in the wardrobe areas would help. Many hotels have these and they are robust enough to cope with suitcases and their wheels. There was plenty of (perhaps too much) storage space in those areas so a suitcase shelf would fit in easily. "

"Room description was completely inaccurate and paid for beach view - no beach view not even partial view. Facility response was the responsibility was the booking through 3rd party. Staff were polite. Room was small but clean. Very specifically wanted a beach view and very disappointed."
