The experience was not great , TV was bot working had no netflix so children were anniyed. There were cockroaches in the apartment and it did not give a good vibe. Spa was not working and not enough toiletries so overall did not like the stay.

I spent a week at Peninsular with my husband, 18 year old and 8 year old sons. Parking was great and free. The location was in walking distance to main street Cavill Ave etc. It wasn't a bad stroll but took roughly 15 minutes to get to the start of Cavill Ave. Wouldn't recommend it for anybody who has difficulty with mobility. The room itself was fine with a few minor issues: bathroom not cleaned well, some spoons and glasses clearly not washed properly as had remnants of food on them. Not a lot of dishwasher powder so we just bought dishwashing detergent and sponge. It was great to have a washer and dryer available, as we ended up needing it every day. Expedia site states that housekeeping is available once per stay but nothing was mentioned to us and we didn't end up getting our room cleaned during our stay. The managers were lovely and had great communication. Very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

This was the first time we have stayed here and it was just perfect for two related couples - Own bedroom - own bathroom great layout and facilities with views over the river to Surfers and Broadbeach areas The management called mid morning to advise the room was ready which was brilliant and very helpful. The only negative were the mindless and selfish lunatics on Jet skis on the river No consideration for others but that had nothing to do with the property. Can't wait to need to return for a longer stay.

Wasn’t all bad but unlikely to stay again. Good location, big rooms. Rooms neat and tidy but could do with a jolly thorough clean of walls, skirting etc. lots of dust and none of the lamps are actually attached to power points. For the price, a little thing, but I would have loved a hair dryer in the bathroom however no response from the mobile and no front desk to help. When staff did respond to a call for check in they were very polite and friendly.
