Comfortable accommodation, it had everything we needed, within walking distance to the beach and shops. Regarding cleanliness, apart from the dirty walls and the cutlery drawer needing attention, the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. Friendly staff and easy parking. We would stay there again.

Great Communication, great area, Get up, Get dressed, head out and explore, or Put ya bathers on and head down to the pool/spa, loved it, Nobbys Surf club end of street, beach great, awesome walk to Surfers along the beach, Yorkie is a great place for a meal, so many options, needs double glazed back bedroom. 😍

Good location. Good communication on check in. Unfortunately, the kitchen was not stocked with enough cutlery and crockery. The apartment had not been properly cleaned, as I found belongings from a previous guest there.

The service and communication from Felix was fantastic. Our room was dated which was fine but it was also dirty. There were marks on the floor which showed it hadn't been mopped. The shower was all mouldy. The bathroom cupboard and kitchen drawers had dirt in them. I didn’t want to touch anything or use anything from the kitchen. There was a horrible stink so we had to leave early the next morning which was really frustrating as were were supposed to be there 2 days. It was not relaxing. The exterior, pool and location were fantastic. It was an easy walk to Miami Marketa for dinner. Beware of the road works too as they were working late into the night close by.

Beautiful property and very central to the beach any any shops you might need. The pool was well maintained. My low rating was due to how hard and uncomfortable the bed, couch and all furniture was in the apartment I stayed in. There was nowhere you could sit, relax or sleep in comfort. It felt very unwelcoming in that respect. I couldn't stay there again as my body ached from the first night till the last. Dust was an issue in the apartment with the bedroom having a thick layer of dust in the mirror and pelmet. The fly screen was very torn in the bedroom but there was no insect issues. The shower had mould around the screen. Be aware that this apartment does not have any lifts also. It's a shame as if only there was comfort and a little more care with cleaning I would visit again.

Beaches on Wave, was safe, comfortable, clean with on site secure and easy parking. The Manager and staff were great and the property suited our needs. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a short stay on the Gold Coast.

The room we had was perfect for our situation. We did get small ants every night when we returned home which was very annoying. No elevator so stairs could be an issue for some people, but we were fine.

Reception staff very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Unit was clean. Had usual amenities, coffee/tea, dish soap, laundry soap. Paper towels would have been nice. Loved that parking was included. The only thing I would point out, for some, might be an issue are the stairs. Does not matter which unit you stay in always stairs to negotiate. Enjoyed my stay
