"My husband and I have many wonderful memories of our stays at Benmiller Inn over the years. Several issues combined to make what should have been a relaxing overnight getaway a very frustrating experience. When we first entered our room, we discovered that the door was unlocked. "Convenient location"

"We have stayed here once before back in 2020 during COVID when there were plenty of restrictions (No breakfast, no pool, masks) WE loved Goderich and wanted to come back. WE chose the Comfort Suites as our best option. When we arrived this time we were informed the pool was closed - this after a trip to St. Jacob's in February where we were informed the pool was closed there, as well. Why can't these closures be posted on EXPEDIA when a person is booking??? Expedia is dropping the ball here....

"We stayed in an apartment at South Shore Suites and had an excellent experience. The place was spotless, very clean, and well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning was a great plus during our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we appreciated the thoughtful detail of having coffee available for the coffee maker.
