" The property was exceptional in every way. The accommodation was beautiful utilizing the light and views from every angle. The game drive, our last having left Etosha, was wonderful spotting a family of rhinos, zebra and giraffes. "A beautiful lodge with very kind and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food is very good (the dinner set menu was excellent!). A major highlight is the sunset view—simply amazing. Having two swimming pools is a great bonus. Very good value for money. Important Tip: Do not rely solely on Google Maps for directions as it is currently incorrect. Be sure to check the driving directions sent by the hotel (they usually send them a few days before arrival) to ensure you find...

"We had 2 rooms that smelled like sewerage. The fridge was broken in one of the rooms, the coffee pot broken on the other. The bathroom was never properly cleaned. Everything was extremely expensive and breakfast was not included. The staff wouldn’t offer help unless provoked (although they were lovely). Any simple food order took at least 40 min to 1 hour to get ready. I have no idea how this is considered a 5 star hotel. Save your money and go somewhere else."
