Wonderful historical experience to remember

Wonderful place full of historical attractions- you must see Gniew Castle , experience evening walk with smartphones and listen to the stories (althoug it's in Polish only I guess). Amazing chef in the restaurant, tartar and duck 10/10! Beautiful design and so nice service- thank you for the birthday prosecco served to our room, wonderful surprise treat!:) Spa if you don't have kids we recommend during late evening 21-23.00 adults only spot, otherwise you can't enjoy sauna or pool in the noise. I strongly recommend and hope to return here:)

Happy countryside stay with full comfort

Beautiful property in a green area with multiple hotel buildings, all looking well including the old one, all freshly maintained in and out. Easy and pleasant counter check-in. Decent spa area (though bathrobes weren’t available upon entry so we had to walk back and request the reception). Pleasant staff (not all speak English, but all were helpful). Decent restaurant (the pierogi were absolutely excellent, other meals ordinary). Regular bars, limited availability (one was closed at 22:00, the other one was also closed because upon reservation only, perhaps due to low-season?), so make sure you plan your late evening with the reception. Will stay again.

A must stop castle and hotel

Very clean and plenty of room to spread out. Great restaurant with a friendly staff. The desk managers were helpful and courteous. Wonderful, sweeping views of the countryside and the castle is amazing. Rich with history and rebuilt with a very charming old meets modern architectural design. There is even a 2 lane bowling alley with a bar in the lower level. Take a guided tour! Loved it!

Room is not clean, hair everywhere in the bathroom and shower head in very bad condition (limescale and dirt). Moreover, it is not possible that for an Hotel of this category a shower with the curtain (very durty, however).

Bardzo dobry hotel, przy zamku krzyżackim.

Bardzo dobry hotel, przewyższa klasą podobne hotele, znajduje się przy krzyżackim zamku ale w nowym budynku. Śliczne położenie hotelu. Bezpłatny parking. Śniadania wyśmienite, duży wybór potraw, śniadania codziennie do godz. 11:00. Na minus - wąskie podwójne łóżka, tylko 140 cm, szerokości, dal dwóch osób! Stare zapadnięte materace!

Pobyt weekendowy

Piękne miejsce ale bardzo drogie. Nocowanie w zamku to niesamowite wrażenie. Mimo że w pokoju nie czuć już że jesteśmy w zamku. Część zamkowa nie posiada klimatyzacji i w pokojach w gorące dni jest bardzo ciepło. Otrzymaliśmy pokój który nie wyglądał jak ten z oferty oraz był dużo mniejszy. Okazało się że pokoje ze zdjęć są w drugim budynku. Brak możliwości zmiany. Obsługa podejście ma profesjonalne ale bardzo służbowe. Dużo bezsensownych zasad. Oszczędzanie na energii i wyłączanie wody na zjeżdżalni w basenie dla dzieci w czasie gdy bawi się na niej sporo maluchów. Nawet nie próbują gościom uprzyjemnić pobytu. Super miejsce ale tylko żeby odwiedzić je raz dla samego zamku. Za drogo za to co otrzymujemy. Miasto nie oferuje poza zamkiem kompletnie nic. Jedzenie w restauracji smaczne. Można wykupić bufet ale jest drogo a jedzenie szybko się wysusza. Nie polecam bufetu. Z karty rewelacyjne i sporo tańsze. Śniadania smaczne i duży wybór. Pobyt ogólne na plus. Ale jedynie na weekend. Na dłużej zabraknie atrakcji.

Czysty, zadbany, wysokiej jakości hotel

Pokoje w świetnym stanie, widać, że odświeżone, zadbane. Łazienka ładna, schludna, natomiast w dużej mierze, odbiega wykończenie łazienki od standardu wykończenia pokoju. Obiekt posiada basen, sauny, jacuzzi. Obsługa na recepcji, na śniadaniach bardzo miła i pomocna. Do dopracowania moim zdaniem zbieranie informacji nt. numerów pokoi na śniadaniu. Dodatkowo, w wcześnie porannych godzinach, podczas śniadania, obsługa odkurzała wejście/hol, co zakłócało delikatną, bardzo przyjemną muzyczkę w tle. Moim zdaniem na minus, do poprawienia.
