"We loved our stay right off the Plaza with free parking and a free, delicious made-to-order breakfast. The staff were super helpful with suggestions on where to go and what to see. The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated in the best old Santa Fe tradition. We loved our stay here."

"Great sweet"

"Beautiful property. Clean and staff are friendly. Welcomed my dogs. Best Western all across the country. Always clean but this one was extra."

"Had a great stay. Comfortable, breakfast"

"The manager and staff at this property absolutely ABHOR Expedia customers. They REFUSED to help change a room because I didn't book directly with them. The manager told me she COULD help me if I had booked directly, but WOULDN'T help me because I booked with Expedia. They then LIED to Expedia when Expedia called to make the change. "No one told us the swimming pool was under maintenance!!!!? We picked that hotel specifically for the indoor swimming pool. AND IT WAS UNUSABLE!!!!! That made our ENTIRE stay a mess!!!!"

"Beautiful hotel in a very convenient spot. Would recommend to all of my friends and family."

"Everything you expect at a Durey Inn. Amenities, service, happy hour, and breakfast. Definitely recommend the on-site, restaurant / bar they were promoting at the time. The deserts were awesome and the drinks were great. Yes, it is kind of hard to get that wrong in Santa Fe, but it you just want to relax at the hotel it's a ++. ONLY con, no self-parking and it is pay to park. If you need anything you have to go through the valet for your keys or to leave."

"I think the rooms will look better-less old once the carpet is replaced. But the room was clean. The front desk personnel were fantastic"

"Don’t care to pay extra for parking !!!!"

"We had plenty of room which was great. The AC could be a little better, or a fan in the room. The hotel is older and it shows."
