"The property and rooms where very clean and well maintained."

"Would never book here again. The hotel was dirty! There was food and dirt all over the hotel floors that housekeeping repeatedly walked by and ignored. Our room had ants in it, the floors were dirty, the ac/heating unit smelled like it was burning so we were unable to use it the entire stay, the lights in the bathroom were blown out by the mirrors, our room was "cleaned" once in the 5 days we were there and that was just the beds being made. Our towels and washcloths were taken, not replaced, when we went to reception to get more the guy tried to negotiate with me on how many towels we could have like we could just share towels and washcloths. There was gum stuck under the nightstand. We complained to reception and she had attitude said she could move us to another room but we were afraid of what the new room would be like. Its clearly a poorly maintained hotel. If all the other hotels around us werent booked up (or had worse reveiws) for the festival happening, we would have left."

"No communication between staff, everyone had different answers. Very stressful There was no breakfast most of my stay, just microwaveable burritos The day breakfast was offered- I ordered a meal that came with three eggs. I only got one. Had to ask for toilet paper repeatedly The elevator was shaky and didn’t work one of my nights stay"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Staff was very friendly and provided excellent recommendations for dinner. Breakfast was included and offered a wonderful variety. They also had a chef for made to order omelettes and a complimentary happy hour. We will definitely plan to return when we visit Columbus in the future! "

"The room was in need of repairs. While it had been updated and everything was functional there had been previous damage to doors and drywall that looked like it was poorly repaired. The Hotel at night was very well lit, which is nice when you are outside but it also meant very bright lights shining through the curtains when you are trying to sleep. Overall the room served its purpose and were happy with our stay."

"Absolutely unacceptable experience at this hotel. Upon arriving to our room, we discovered blood stains on the bed sheets. We immediately notified staff, and they assured us the sheets would be changed — that never happened. When we went back to the front desk to address it again, the clerk refused to help, laughed about the situation, and told us we would “have to change them ourselves” because they “didn’t know how.” Completely unprofessional and disgusting. To make matters worse, our key card never worked properly. Instead of fixing the issue, the desk clerk had to use a hanger to break us into the room. The room phone also did not work, and we were later informed the room had originally been marked out of service, yet they booked us in it anyway. Between the unsanitary conditions, rude staff, broken amenities, and clear lack of concern for guest safety or comfort, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere."
