2. Bathrooms recently renovated

Reason for low rating is due to following experiences:
1. Our room was swapped from a family room which consists of beds for 4 and 2 separate rooms to a single room with a queen, single and fold-away bed.
2. Hotel reception told me that someone was meant to called a week earlier to offer...

"Everything about our stay was seamless. The room was quiet and easy to control the temperature for sleeping There is a pillow menu available. Little extras (like a welcome drink, fresh fruit at the desk) were appreciated, and staff checking in to make sure our stay was going well. Easy access to all you need in Orange. Highly recommend"
