"The Quality Inn Falls Cascade is in a great location to the falls, restaurants (within walking distance), the Skylon Tower and as a pickup spot for Viator tours. The hotel/motel is a little dated, but clean. There is free breakfast and free parking. We stayed in the hotel part, but did not take advantage of amenities."

"I booked the Sheraton through Expedia for a room for my husband and teenage son for a birthday celebration. We were charged an 'extra guest' fee even though the hotel listing clearly states that the room sleeps 5, and the Expedia receipt clearly stated that there was a maximum of 5 adults per room. At first Expedia/Sheraton said they would remove the 'extra guest' charge. A few days later they sent an email rescinding that, saying it is a non-refundable charge and kept the 'extra guest' charge on my bill. ***Moral of story: Check your receipts when booking through Expedia/Sheraton. Shady AF business practices*** "Guest charges and accommodation capacity Total maximum number of guests per room/unit is 5. Maximum number of adults per room/unit is 5.""
