"Staff were friendly & efficient. Parking was safe & well lighted. Public and room areas were very clean and odor free. Beds were very comfortable. I was surprised, though, that I was charged a security fee to my card, but was shown no receipt to show the charge or its refund."

"Staff is excellent and always available. Room was clean, plenty of towels, a little worn, but newer sheets and pillow. I would have given a 5 star but the breakfast was just cereal, bread, jam and butter. They have a toaster and microwave. The coffee was excellent and always fresh which a big surprise. For the money well worth it. Parking is free and plentiful. Too long a walk to the Falls, but the Parkway bus is just across the road and so easy to use. Leave the car and enjoy Niagara"

"Property is nice and convenience of the bar to watch the games was good but there was no water pressure in our adjoining room which was not sound proof. There was a prom going on so we heard the kids chatting most the night, didn’t get any sleep. We didn’t complain since we there there for the night."

"First, I booked the Canadian Fallsview Hotel at Oaks Hotel. However, they changed my reservation to Hilton Fallsview, which was a completely different place. The view wasn’t great, and they added an extra $100 to my original Expedia bill, plus parking fees, even though they didn’t compensate me for the change."

"Hotel is very close to the centre of the town, clean and has very welcoming staff who accommodated our late check out time because we participated in Niagara Ultra race. Delicious breakfast cooked to order!"

"Room was clean and very large. Breakfast very expensive and having to pay extra for parking seems unnecessary. Would stay again as the room was great but just know you have to add on 20 bucks for parking per night."

Very helpful, changed our room to one that he thought we’d like better, and also straightened out a double booking problem I had with Expedia (won’t use them again) The wait staff was very friendly and provided great service. I can’t recommend this place enough! Loved everything about our time there!"

"We were shocked when we entered the hotel room. It was completely different from what was shown on the website. We paid a significant amount of money for a very small room with no complimentary drinking water, dirty towels, and extremely limited parking. The floor was dirty, and there were several other issues as well. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"It was fine for what we needed. 12 hours to rest and sleep overnight. It's a university dorm so set up well and the beds were VERY comfortable. Some marks and divots on the walls and the bathroom floor was wiped over but not "cleaned". Rest of the bathroom was good. Towels, bedding, pillows provided. Free WiFi."

"Very convenient location to stay at when enjoying an event at the OLG Stage. I have one suggestion. For a Hilton hotel of this calibre, they should install comfort height toilets. I’m tall and for those with knee/joint/mobility issues nothing is worse than having to drop down on a short toilet."
