"Friendly welcome from reception at check in. Spotless room but no heating on à very cold day. Given à portable heater until central heating kicked in. Good food in restaurant . Very friendly barman in evening and waiting staff at breakfast were extremely efficient and welcoming. Would definitely visit again."

Nice touch with the continental breakfast. Owner was amazing . Willing to spend the time to chat , which made the check-in experience nice. "Ample parking, warm welcome from reception. Clean and warm room. Breakfast was busy but plenty of food which was fresh and hot. Staff clearing dining room were excellent and clearing tables super quick. My only slight grumble was the mattress. My husband and I both felt like we were rolling into the middle all night. Apart from that, an excellent stay and a lovely hotel. "

"The whole atmosphere in and around the hotel was excellent, we travelled by bus to Perth and had chosen the Parklands Hotel for the fact it was a 5 minute walk to ot. The receptionist made us very welcome and allowed us to enter our room 2 hours earlier than the normal check-in time. We did have dinner on the first night of our stay and was very pleased with not only the food we were served but also the service by the waitress and the way she looked after us.
