"Rooms were not clean. Dusty floors, showers and fixtures like lamps and table ( I had a suite) . The couch in the suite was horrible. The shower was broken so I had to rig it to use it. They don’t have smart tvs! That is a must in 2026. For the money I expected better with cleanliness. Otherwise everything else was standard nothing exceptional "

"The room was very disappointing compared to the pictures it looked horribly different it seemed like I was put on un remodeled floor. The room was dirty and everything was old and used. The lobby & elevator looked up to date though. The attendant greeting at my car when I first pulled in was very delightful and welcoming! He went out of his way to accommodate me and make me feel welcomed. The front of house staff was also great!"

"I thought the Hotel Lobby was very nice. All the staff were friendly and I feel did an excellent job. The elevators and hallways were very nice. The room I had for myself was an adequate size and very nice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The door had some holes in it where the extra latch used to be. That certainly could have been filled in. The bathroom was very small and not in great condition. The tiles in the shower were old and the rain shower was kind of annoying because the shower was small. Because of the shape of the handheld sprayer, it sprayed everywhere. The door in the bathroom was chipped and in not nice condition. All in all, except for the bathroom, it was a perfect hotel and perfectly situated for my stay. Some updating of the bathrooms could make it a 4 star hotel."

"Unfortunately, during my stay they were upgrading the elevator system and it was a harrowing experience. You either had long wait times for an elevator or the frustrating message that there was no elevator service available. Hope they fix this soon!!"

"Excellent location and the staff is phenomenal! The shared bathrooms are clean (until a rude guest ruins it) and the cafe and outdoor spaces are cozy and lovely. Grab your coffee and breakfast and head across the street to the waterfall public park. A GEM! Do not miss having lunch or dinner at SUGARFISH. OMG!"
