"Very welcoming staff. Nice room with comfy bed, good size and lovely shampoos etc. devour a bit dated but doesn’t detract. Annoying constant type dripping noise through the night from the old heating system but room was warm. Great location eith the Great Western Road and Byers Road on the doorstep and the Botanics across the road. Would book again "

"Always consistently good if a little impersonal. Couldn’t really fault the place and I stay here very often but despite staying 20-30 times a year you are rarely acknowledge or recognised by staff. That said - it’s a decent business stay hotel in a great location and feels very safe. Just lacks a bit of atmosphere "

"Although the hotel was clean and overall a nice place to stay I cant recommend it as the hotel also has two bars on site, one open on the bottom floor and another on the 8th floor. they are open until 1am on the weekend and i could hear the music in my room on the 6th floor. Wont be staying again"
