"The staff on reception was friendly but food not state which floor our room was on. There wasn’t a welcome pack in the room so we had no idea when breakfast was. How to operate the heater/air conditioning. Tv The room was clean but basic. For a king size room I was not impressed. The bed moved when you sat on it. That was awful! The shower room was small. The air conditioning in the shower room didn’t work, Everything got moist with the steam. The coffee and tea provided in the room was foul. The parking is under the hotel. £18 a day paid in advance although we left by 8 a.m on the third day. The lift service can be accessed from the car park giving access to all floors. Ideal for easy access to the hotel. The hotel restaurant has excellent staff and chefs. The breakfast was buffet or you could order from the à la carte menu at extra cost. I have lactose intolerance and they catered to my needs in a friendly efficient manner. That was the highlight of the stay. I have stayed in the hotel a couple of times . On this occasion I am considering perhaps I should find another hotel for my next stay in Glasgow."

"The room was a bit dusty, and the Chromecast wasn't working. I asked the staff for help, but they didn't seem particularly bothered or forthcoming. The hotel itself is lovely, though, as previous reviews have mentioned, the staff let it down a bit."

"I stayed here on my own after going to the theatre. I was expecting a small budget hotel, so was fine with the size of the room and no window. The first room I had was right beside the entrance on the first floor. I asked if I could be moved as I knew I would hear everyone coming and going through the night. Staff were very accommodating abs moved me to a room a floor up and furthest from the entrance. However this room wasn’t as clean as the last room. Bedding was marked and toilet wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. Again, "
