"I like the cleanliness of the hotel. A couple of staff do speak English. However other service staff like house keeping who brought a replacement TV remote, which did not work and the repair person came and supposely fixed it but it was still broken, could not use to change the tv channels and volume, etc. Food was not fresh and the hot food was mostly spicy for me as I cannot handle peppery spicy. "Excellent staff service all around. Resort design is beautiful and food is good. Great place for photos. The resort provides a free Han Fu photography session with a professional photographer. Some things that can be improved : - The rooms are very clean but the rugs get dirty quickly. Consider cleaning them more often or just removing them. - The rooms use an AI controlled chat bot to control lights. Will be hard for foreigners to use, and sometimes gets disconnected."
