"First time in the room, I saw hair on my bed. The bed was made properly but the hair was too much for me to handle, and that's coming from a guy who's almost bald. The next day, a spider woke me up, crawling near the lamp. The staff are decent, but try not to speak other languages to each other if you can, so guests don't wonder what you're saying about them. The garbage around the building is full and needs to be sorted out right away to avoid unwanted visitors. The air conditioning is great."

"Staff is always helpful and pleasant. Our room had some issues mostly the bathroom. Our door handle kept falling off and locking us in the bathroom. The shower door was really tight and difficult to operate. We felt as if it was going to fall. The bath mirror was also coming out of the frame. Everything else was excellent. Just need to be careful and have maintenance look into it. Thanks"

"Comfy hotel for a family trip. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, both heated and open until 10pm. The lobby also had comfortable places to chill and play games. The room was pretty comfy, but the AC unit could have been more modern. It was hard to keep the room the temp we wanted. We also would have liked an easy way to get hot water on demand for tea and making baby bottles. We had to ask the bar for hot water instead. Overall, we enjoyed this hotel and would come back again."
