I had the best dinner of my entire trip at the Hotel Gilleleje Strand. The fish was cooked perfectly: moist, flaverfull and accompanied by parsnips and potatoes. All presented beautifully.

We are a US family and visited Hotel GS in July, to break up our stay in Copenhagen. We were unfamiliar with the area and tried to ensure that we were staying in a walkable area, near the beach and with good amenities. We were not disappointed ... The hotel excelled on all counts. It is located on the north coast, near other lovely towns. Just a lovely area, we enjoyed the sunset balcony and the hotel restaurant is really excellent. Staff was very friendly and accommodating too.

Bra hotell, lite gammaldags stil. Bra läge. Långsam service på restaurangen, vi fick vänta väldigt länge på att bli serverade och vi fick vänta väldigt länge på mat och dryck. Fick säga till flera gånger.

Det mesta utmärkt god mat vänlig personal bekväma sängar men minus fick rum mot bakgård där alla soptunnor var stationerade och där personal gick ut och rökte vilket således drog ned helhetsintrycket väsentligt. Vi betalde 1800 svenska kronor.

Charmerende hotel, dog med mangler...

Vi havde et standard dobbeltværelse, som var hyggeligt nok og med en god seng...det var dog ikke ret stort... bare til info. Charmerende med en fysisk nøgle. Værelset var meget støvet, og der var ikke tørret støv af. Vi gjorde receptionen opmærksom på dette, og ja, der havde været en person og tørret lidt af da vi kom tilbage til værelset... resten klarede vi dog selv. Underligt nok, fandt vi også plastikbestik i vores skraldespand da vi kom hjem igen. Morgenmaden er enkel, men god. Betjeningen i receptionen og baren var venlig og god. Beliggenheden er perfekt, midt i byen.

Tolle Lage und gutes Abendessen

Sehr gute Lage, mitten im Zentrum und Nähe zum Hafen. Das Bett war sehr bequem, der Eingangsbereich sowie das Bad sind sehr eng. Die Sauberkeit, besonders im Bad, lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Alle Zimmer mit Teppich. Das Frühstück hat viel Luft nach oben, auf Anfrage haben wir eine grosse Portion Rührei frisch zubereitet erhalten.
