We arrived to find no one in Reception at 5pm, and only a number to call. Annoying after a 3 hour trip. There was no working wifi, although they said they had it, and only a cold shower. Torture. There is a lot to like about this place, quite street, the staff is helpful, the hotel is dog friendly, and do not charge extra for them. Convinient location. Will stay again when visiting Tibrerias.
