Everything was amazing! Self checking is easy, fast and you can do it at any time. The room is super clean, cozzy and with everything you need. All the hotel is super clean and beautiful. Staff is always willing to help you! and the breakfast buffet is really good!!

Die Organisation von Rezeption, Zimmer und Speiseraum fand ich sehr überschaubar für einen Gast! Die Einrichtung des Speiserraums ist sehr geschmackvoll.

Die Flure sind zu laut, schon durch die Benutzung von Schlüsseln und Gespäche im Flur werden nicht gedämpft. Auch fehlen im Zimmer Verdunklungsgardinen. Die Tiefgarage ist mit vielen Säulen ausgestattet die das einparken zu einer großen Herausforderung machen.

Een driepersoonskamer was gereserveerd , deze was gewenst ivm een apart bed. Een kamer met tweepersoonsbed werd gegeven en de handdoeken en beddengoed was voor 1 persoon dus beslist niet zoals geadverteerd. Slechte service dus.

9 Day Wonderful Stay in Gießen, Germany.

The hotel was amazing, great location, accessible to a bus line and amazing neighborhood grocery store, and local restaurants. The hotel was extremely clean, the breakfast was amazing with a variety of food options each day. I am vegetarian and the food was fresh. Most importantly all of the staff was remarkable and the cost was reasonable. I would strongly recommend this hotel if you are in the Gießen area.

Gießen lidt kedelig

Gießen var en lidt kedelig by, men den var for os kun en mellemstation på vej hjem. Hotellet lå 20-25 min gang fra bykernen. Vi fandt ikke en rigtig restaurant i byen. Kun burgere, asiatisk mad, pizza og lignende.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very good breakfast including hot food options. Manager/Owner helped us with transportation issues and was very accommodative. Quite affordable. Would stay here again if we return to Giessen.

ACHTUNG: wer dieses Hotel geschäftlich bucht, und vorab über hotels.com/expedia mit Kreditkarte bezahlt, bekommt eine niedrigere Rechung vom Hotel ausgestellt, da Expedia natürlich die Provision direkt dem Hotel abzieht -> das geht ÜBERHAUPT NICHT!!! Ich habe knapp € 189 für 2 Nächte bezahlt und eine Hotel-Rechnung über ca. € 155 bekommen - das ist in DE nicht zulässig, da die Finanzbuchhaltungen sämtlicher Unternehmen bei Geschäftsreisen eine ordentliche Rechnung von den Unterkünften über den Betrag, den man auch bezahlt hat, erhalten muss, da man ansonsten (so wie hier knapp € 34,-) aus eigener Tasche bezahlen muss. Beise Parteien, sprich Hotel und Expedia schieben sich die Schuld gegenseitig zu, und das ist absolut NICHT fair dem Gast/Kunden gegenüber. Ich gebe dem Hotel mit 3 Sternen eine neutrale Bewertung, werde aber NIE WIEDER Geschäftsreisen mit Vorauszahlung über hotels.com/expedia buchen!!!

Kleines einfaches Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal. Einchecken am Automaten komplikationslos möglich, da Rezeption nicht ganztägig besetzt. Frühstück übersichtlich aber ausreichend Auswahl, für die Größe des Hotels vollkommen in Ordnung. Reinigungspersonal etwas übereifrig. Ich werde eigentlich ungern morgens um 8 Uhr aus dem Bett geworfen, die Zimmerreinigung am Tag der Abreise vor der Abreise war auch eher überflüssig. Die Tiefgarage unter dem Hotel ist eine Herausforderung.

Hat uns nicht zufrieden gestellt

Leider hat die Dame trotz Anruf, dass es 15 Minuten später wird und uns zugesagt wurde das man wartet, den Check in nicht offen gelassen. Viel telefonieren war notwendig um noch einzuchecken. Das Zimmer war ok. Das schönste war der Balkon. Frühstück war leider 45 min bevor es zu Ende ist schon fast nichts mehr verfügbar. Und wurde nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Der Kaffee ist sehr dünn. In die Stadt läuft man 15-20 Minuten. Wir würden das Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war freundlich. Entgegen der Angabe war unser Zimmer nicht nicht für uns gereinigt.was nicht wirklich schlimm war. Das Zimmer benötigt dringend einen Farbanstrich. Alleine weiss streichen würde helfen. Das Mobiliar ist recht abgewohnt. Die Treppe zum Doppelbett ist doch recht schwierig im Falle einer körperlichen Einschränkung. Entgegen der Angabe auf der Tür würde wohl auf dem Dach Balkon geraucht, was das Zimmer beeinträchtigt hat. Die Balkon Möbel sind zum Teil defekt. Das Licht im Flur zum Zimmer war defekt, was ein Aufsperren erschwert hat. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng, aber es waren ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Frühstück war ok. Leider hatte ich auch hier einen dreckigen Teller, welcher aber sofort ausgetauscht wurde. Fazit, dem Preis entsprechend war es für eine Nacht ok. Ich würde nicht noch einmal buchen.
