"room was cool but air conditioner not cold and dont know why"

"Perfekte Lage. Der öffentliche Nahvekeh"

"The hotel is just across the central station so it’s very convenient for traveling around and for food. The breakfast is nice. Most of all we are very impressed by the receptionist, Hang Tran. He is so nice to welcome and take care of guests. We had good impressions of him from our stay last October. That’s why we chose to stay here again this time."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Room was spacious and clean."

"Super frühstück!"

"Keine funktionierende Heizung. Sofabett sehr unbequem. Polster zu dick. Strassenlärm sehr gut hörbar."

"The lady that checked us in was very helpful and sweet."

"Sehr gutes Frühstück"

"The shower does not have a curtain and sprays all over the bathroom. It is very odd and hard to use."
