"The rooms are tiny, definitely not big enough to accommodate a family of four. The bathroom is tiny and the door almost hits the toilet when you open it. The elevators were not working. The rooms had no recycle bins. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. Not worth the money we paid. "

"Does the job, not luxury but still very good. Staff very welcoming and nice, room was spacious and clean and extremely quiet. Nice to have a full refrigerator/freezer. Breakfast was ok, the usual included hotel breakfast. Underground parking also a plus. Would stay again."

"The room was great, well laid out and clean. There was not a lot around the hotel, went down for a coffee at 7am and they were closed and room service didn't refill our room coffee so had to go out of the hotel for some but other than that staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay."

"Not family friendly with you have young children… We were disappointed after arriving to find out that the hotel did not have cribs or playpens, despite showing they did on the listing… We even requested via Expedia message for a crib with no response. I visited the front desk to inquire about a crib or a refund because our child would have nowhere to sleep if they couldn’t provide one, the front desk attendant was rude and said they don’t offer refunds and they no longer offer cribs or playpens. Shortly after she instructed the head housekeeper to search the storage for a playpen, and one was delivered to our room. Seems to me that they were too lazy to have this all handled before our arrival and were hoping we wouldn’t make a fuss over it. There were also ants in our bed, and no plug for the bath tub… Not family friendly. Wouldn’t recommend this place."

"Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Room was well stocked and pretty clean. Suggest bringing own shower supplies. Pumps on most of the amenities in the shower weren’t working properly."
