The hotel was a welcome break from the busy, hustling streets of the old quarters. We walked in and our bags were quickly whisked in by the doormen while the reception lead, Viet, greeted us, while offering us some wonderful, cold tea and snacks while we waited.
Our experience there was fantastic, from each person we met who worked there, to the offer of a free upgraded room due to availability, to the nice pool we used on the top floor, and the breakfast stand below. I highly recommend the Solis hotel!

Service was impeccable. There's always someone to open the door and help with luggage.
Rooms are a touch outdated but very well maintained and clean. We were on the 6th floor and there was minimal noise. Overall the room was a really nice oasis to return to after a day in the heat and hustle of Hanoi. They change the towels and sheets and clean the room on a daily basis.
There is a terrace on the top floor which we regret not visiting and a gym which was adequate for us.
They also had breakfast for an additional fee which we didn't get but looked good.
If we ever visit Hanoi again we will definitely return to Acoustic where they go above and beyond to assist you. We were beyond pleased with our stay here.

Really nice hotel, had some refurbishment going on but the hotel staff were excellent. We were looked after really well . It’s in a great location and walking distance to train street which was about 10mins. Would definitely stay here again

One of the most amazing experiences I have had staying at this hotel. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cater to all your needs and requests. A special mention to Viper who organised tickets for me to the famous water puppet show and took extra care in ensuring that I was ok and attended quickly to anything that I needed. The hotel and room are well maintained and clean, comfortable, well designed and practical and a beautiful rooftop overlooking Hanoi! Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Hanoi.

"The hotel is in a beautiful location in the middle of a rice field. It's very close to lying dragon mountain and a quick grab ride to many of the other attractions.
