It a very good, calm and clean place They have a restaurant at their reception which provides great food. Incase you are having meetings within Ghent on your check-out day, they will offer to keep your luggage during the day and you pick it in the evening after your engagements.

Check in, staff, breakfast and room were excellent. Even the parking was great and convenient.....once we had found it. No fault of the hotel because the street in front of the hotel is closed for construction and our GPS wasn't aware of that.

Very well located hotel, close to the old city center and in a cosy neighbourhood as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are on the smaller side, but if you only sleep there, it really doesn't matter.

We booked a 2 twin room and we were given an accessible room with a queen/double and a twin. Room was clean but a little dated. Air conditioner was on a timer that would cut out at night and we were there during a heat wave so it did get quite warm even at night. Walkable to all the sights in the area (castle, towers, etc.). Tram system also stops nearby. Overall good stay.
