El personal muy amable, la ubicación adecuada si no quieres estar en el bullicio del centro con facilidad de acceder en coche o trasporte público (unos 6 km, que con el tráfico son unos 20-25 min en coche). Existe posibilidad de pagar parking privado del hotel (10€ 24h) o aparcar en la calle que siempre hay lugar. Sin duda repetiríamos. "

"Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help us, even with a complicated luggage shipping issue. They printed the necessary documents, patiently helped us organize our suitcase, and thanks to them the process was successful. Overall, the service was warm and professional. "Great hotel. Great breakfast buffet. We stayed here two nights to explore Sevilla. The hotel is a little on the outskirts of the center, but has great public transportation to get there. We enjoyed the tour with the city sightseeing bus and found a station that was actually fairly close and walkable to the hotel. If you don’t mind putting in some steps this is a great option. We had a rental car and were able to park it in the garage of the hotel. The car elevator is really cool. Never seen...

"We had a great stay at this Novotel. The location is good with amenities close by and the old town and popular sites around 30min walk. Reception area is modern and clean, staff are very friendly. Rooms are good value, clean and tidy. They aren't as modern as other Novotel rooms, but are well equipped. Breakfast has a good selection of quality food.
