I enjoyed my stay. This is my third time staying there. My only two complains are that guests should have their own parking space as other persons often take up parking space and body lotion would be nice to have to use after showering.
First of all, the rooms and around the hotel smelled like sewer. The smell was horrible. The service sucks, no one speaks English. I traveled to many different countries, but never had an experience like this. I will never return or recommend this hotel to anyone.
Great property but staffed with non-English speaking staff which makes it difficult to communicate! We speak English in Guyana and not Chinese! While the Buffet Breakfast was extensive it lacked great coffee! Just a bottle of Nescafé crystals and a can of powdered milk. I like a fresh cup of brewed coffee with non/dairy creamer as I am lactose intolerant.
Weekend getaway with my boyfriend and it was the best experience. Service was great 👍, room was clean and the food was delicious. Definitely coming back again!!! ❤️❤️
Words cannot describe how much I appreciate this hotel. This was my third stay and 6th room bookings and they were all exceptional. Clean, quiet, great food, Landry room accessible (quick wash only 15 mins), it was all so so good. The breakfast buffet spread is great and the staff are all very nice. I am bilingual so communication was crystal clear, however I recommend that they get more English speaking or bilingual staff. Also very economical. Thank you Royal.

The breakfast is not the best. It’s very basic and very salty. Should improve the quality. The staff needs better training. They have to speak English.
