The property was convenient because we were there for Parent Weekend at Coastal Carolina University. Staff was welcoming and attentive. The pool area was clean and well-maintained. The property is in need of some updates such as carpets and some minor maintenance (shower head was not stable and some other damage in the bathroom), but overall pretty clean. "
