This man loves his sausage and has taken it to a whole new level of bratwurst perfection. Lovely room where you can wake up and know exactly where you are at. There are even emergency brats hanging over bed just encase. Breakfast is a great sampling of the 300 different items made there.

Der Inhaber brennt für sein besonderes und aufwändiges Konzept und lebt dieses bis zum kleinsten Detail. Zwei Punkte waren für mich störend: Die Matratze war für meinen Geschmack deutlich (!) zu weich, die Vorspeise war für den Preis deutlich (!) zu wenig, obgleich geschmacklich sehr gut. Entsprechendes gilt auch für den Hauptgang. Erwähnenswert gut war das Frühstück mit sehr angenehmer und intelligenter Unterhaltung. Als einmalige und besondere Erfahrung in Ordnung.

Es war ein Einzigartigkeit Aufenthalt. So was findet man nirgendwo. Bratwurst so weit das Auge und der Gaumen reicht. Duper leckere Gerichte. Angefangen vom Frühstück bis hin zum Abendessen. Danke dafür.

Es war sehr familiär. Das kannten wir sonst nicht. Es wurde auf wünsche eingegangen. Der Betreiber ging auf wünsche ein und kümmert sich sehr um uns. Das nächste mal gern länger.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Gastgeber sind sehr Familiär. Einzig die fehlenden Fliegengitter haben uns etwas gestört. Wäre super wenn diese noch angebracht würden, da sonst am Abend alles reinfliegt.

これまでドイツに来たのに期待したほどソーセージが食べられなかったとお嘆きの方は、是非ここに泊まってみて下さい。ソーセージ屋さん経営のここは、まるでミュージアムに泊まっているかのような錯覚さえ覚えます。夕食、朝食ではご主人(社長)や他の宿泊客とコミュニケーションを取りやすいのも魅力的でした。
