"The staff was either incompetent or rude. No one to help with bags. After asking to have the room cleaned and being told it would be cleaned in a few minutes; it still had not been cleaned 2and a half hours later. No full length mirrors anywhere. The safe was unreachable if you were short. Some of my friends rooms did not have hot water. My friend had a mani/pedi appointment. They took her 40 minutes late. She could only have one service. Wish I had saved the money and stayed at the Marriott."

They are using the hotel for over flow of section 8 housing so there are homeless people all around the property and in the hotel. There were people doing drugs outside the hotel and no staff member did anything about it. I did not stay and asked for a refund where the staff was very dismissive. I requested early check in and that was not allowed at the time of arrival, but they were able to accommodate me by storing my bags so even though I was disappointed, I was not completely hung out to dry. The rooms are in ok shape, they keep them clean but the wear and tear is notable. Overall worth the cost and I got what I paid for. Staff was very helpful. AC was cold, parking situation was simple, no elevator, room was very clean."

It's a mosaic of rustic on the outside, elegant/modern on the inside, quadruplexes, with classic LPs and a turntable in the room. There's no restaurant, fitniess room, etc.. (which their website makes clear.) i loved it, It's in the heart of the village. You'll want to walk to everything, which I enjoyed. When I was there, I couldn't find a place for breakfast the Wednesday morning I left;...
