"This Hotel is very expensive for what it offers. The rooms are small and basic, they don't provide enough towels, and the bathrooms are not in optimal condition. I paid too much money for the service we received."

"Habia una cucaracha en mi habitación y la señorita queria prestarme una escoba y recojedor para sacarla, siendo que era su responsabilidad, luego en la cama y en el piso habia no se si eran hormigas o pulgas, el baño super reducido no podias ni sentarte me tuve que sentar de lado, no hay agua caliente en la regadera, terrible les recomiendo no hospedarse aqui"

"This was the most beautiful, tranquil hotel with so much to do right on site. Everything was super clean and well-maintained and the staff was superb. We felt very cared for and attended to. The food was amazing. Some of the food comes from the property, like avocados, , and plátanos and mandarins! We absolutely loved the food and the drinks from the bar. "Cuando llegue me dijeron que mi reserva no existia y que ellos no trabajaban con hotels.com, que solo trabajaban con la competencia, entonces me toco en plena noche salir a buscar un hotel y lo logre hacer finalmente con la otra plataforma en otro hotel que si respetaron mi reserva, es una pesima experiencia ese hotel, no deberian ni considerar tenerlo en la plataforma, les recomiendo no confiar en el"
