"Clean room, helpful, nice staff."

"Room was very clean. Nice breakfast variety. Plenty of parking. Staff was pleasant. My only complaint was we had a handicapped shower and the water would go out onto the floor . Had to put towels down to help stop the water from escaping. We are not handicapped. Overall excellent. Would stay there again."

"This was a last minute get out of Chicago trip to Lake Geneva. Lots of great history and character. Never seen more people stop to take pictures of a hotel. There are only 6 rooms here so it is quite unique. It is truly like stepping back into history. The speakeasy bar is a fun experience. Hotel is walking distance from everything downtown. The property manager Cortney was welcoming and very helpful and lives on-site so very responsive. This is not a modern antiseptically clean, charmless...

"The hotel was very nice, and there were no negative issues."

"Pool was closed"

"We stayed Oct 16, 2026 and the lady behind the check area was the best employee I have ever encountered. I regret not getting her name. We had a special situation and she helped us out tremendously and wanted to give her a shoutout. Please go back and review who worked that afternoon at 3:30 pm and let me know her name."

"We liked it all!!! Will definitely stay again n you walk around the corner n walk 2 blocks you are looking at a Starbucks on the right n to the left is shopping n food You are surrounded by water no matter where you walk!!! Love Love Love the whole area!!!!"

"Nice big room and comfy king. Room was clean but needed minor maintenance like paint touch up. I would stay again as good value during week."

"Everything about the resort was beautiful! Well maintained! Clean! Absolutely wonderful stay. We would do it again in a heartbeat! Thank you for a wonderful getaway!"

"Fantastic stay"

"Villa was very clean. Staff very friendly. The only thing I thought was the bed was way too close to the front door . Literally right when u walked it. Shower could use an updated shower handle ..one you can take down and a safety bar."

"Everything was great and I really enjoyed my stay"

"Very nice hotel, lovely breakfast and fantastic hot tub and pool."

"I've stayed at the Abby several times and over all have enjoyed the experience. With these exceptions, the beds are the most uncomfortable of any hotel I've ever stayed. Also as an older traveler I find the shower accommodations difficult to manuver. Stepping over a tub into a shower that has glass doors and no grab bars, or floor mat is frightening. I nearly slipped stepping in."

"Clean room, perfect for my daughter’s 13th birthday. The kids love sleeping up in the lofted area and my 16-year-old was good on the pullout couch. We all had televisions for each space and the outdoor balcony was nice as well! Having a fridge was perfect for our leftovers from dinner and my daughter’s ice cream cake! We utilized the waterpark passes both days and we also took advantage of the arcade’s “buy today get tomorrow” deal! Water was warm, the adult hot tub is nice and private and we...

"Hot tub was a little nasty and needed cleaning."
