The unit is clean and huge. But bath tub no hot water, only cold water. There were some housefly trap inside the unit, cannot get rid of them, coz openning the glass door and window will bring in more flies. Yes everything was great. Clean room and towels, wasn't too noisy for us even though we could see the CIQ from our window, easy to access in and out, parking lift takes you directly to the unit
