Fantastic location!

Room 9 - room size is fine, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen comes with an electric stove, microwave, kettle, pots and pans and cutlery, great view of St. Mary's Church from a nice balcony. only downside is the bathroom (small) and the shower (fluctuate water temperature)..

This place is NOT a hotel, even if advertised as such, the owner charges you for coming early, wants 20 Euro per hour!!! After booking you realize its 10 PLN per hour, outrageous!!! no place to store luggage, so he gets more money that way, the cleaning girl tried to help me, he made her cry, it was her first day...place is dirty, no fan/A/C, very hot, you open the windows and bugs come in and its also extremely noisy due to multiple restaurants on the street that close after midnight and open bright and early, bright light in the windows the entire night, curtains don't block the light, toilet seat broken, no response to email requests, no other way to communicate. Do yourself a favor, stay elsewhere By far the worat experience ever!!

Great location however noisy

Great location however extremely noisy. Couldn’t open the windows at night due to the noise and there wasn’t air conditioning. Advertised that they offer transfers however when I enquired was told that they no longer. I asked if they could book a taxi and was advised to do it myself. Would have expected their admin/reception to do this as part of their customer service!

Very nice hotel with a walking distance to Main Street. Only one negative is that the cleaners coming very early to clean other rooms and hallway they’re so loud, chatting and do not care about the guests sleeping.

Everything was Great, exept the checkin was complicated and there was no cooling option exept opening the windows out to the street. The street is lovely, but loud, so sleeping was hard. Otherwise everything was perfect😊

good stay, super location

Good stay, very very well located in the center. There was a small lack of mantainance in some areas, but rooms were clean and nice. Almost impossible to interact with a human being, which is good and bad - if you are arriving or leaving late, it may be a challenge, besides that all works perfectly fine with the password system, no need to carry a key or a card is a huge plus.

Very clean and overall perfect location however the pictures are very misleading, you won’t get the cushions and fancy bedding or fancy furniture so be aware but for us it for just fine.

Feel cheated!

Don’t be fooled by the glamour photos and misleading description!! Not appartment (just a small room) and definitely not deluxe. Bad mattress, no AC and zero soundproffing, quite untidy also. The only plus is location. But there are other places with the same location.

The Shower not working properly just hot water !!!

Nice when we come in but Our room not so much clean the floor is not mopp god , we see big spider in the floor under the sofa bed. The shower not working well because its coming only hot water not cold. We do adjust but still no cold water just hotwater comming in the shower we can burn our skin if we do shower. This must be fix and we have allready said to the reception about that in Saturday morning , but they did not do to repeair it stil hot water come out in the shower. Its not good , must be fixed !!

Worst Experience Ever!

Booked this apartment for 3 days. When i entered the room, it was stinking with chlorine and God know what. The smell in this room was horrendous. No windows to open in the room either. Me and my wife could not stay in this room for more than 5 minutes. The cleanlines was non existent. Hair all over the place like it has not been cleaned in a while. Stains on the bedsheet. So disgusting. No one in reception, for 3 hours from 14:00. Contaced a number written on a piece of paper in the reception. No help whatsoever. Booked another hotel instead and stayed there. Waste of money.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr Zentral und ist super zu Fuß vom Parkplatz in der Nähe zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, muss aber sagen, dass es teilweise nicht so sauber war und die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch das Personal war etwas unprofessionell und hat mitten im Flur bei der Rezeption die Reinigungsmittel aufgebaut, so dass man sich vorbeischlängeln musste.

Håndklær ble ikke byttet, ikke på forespørsel heller. Det var ingen rengjøring i løpet av 5 dager. Ingen AC, åpen vindu innebærer mye natteliv-støy. Beliggenhet er perfekt men ta med ørepropper hvis du vil sove. Rommet vi hadde var helt ok. Pluss for kjøleskap på rommet og en god seng.

Veldig sentral beliggenhet. Korte gåavstander. Fint rom til en billig penge. Husk å ring til hotellet før innsjekk for å få koden til døren utenfor samt leiligheten. Det negative er at dusjen var veldig varm, og dusjhode fungerte ikke, bare den lille. Skulle gjerne vært noe sjampo og kroppssåpe også.
