Düğün faciasi

Otele geldiğimizde resapsiyondaki arkadaslar güler yüzlü idi. Otelin tek iyi tarafı bu oldu. Tesisin bilgilerinde havuz saat 19:00 a kadar açık yazsada havuz başındaki düğün organizasyonundan dolayı kaldığımız iki gün boyunca havuz saat 16:00 da kapandı. Havuzdaki organizasyon yüzünden saat 23:00 a kadar gürültüden odada uyuyamadik. Katlara çıkan asansörler oda kartı ile çalışıyor ancak kartlar sürekli arizaliniyor. Oda temizliği kötü halılarda kıl doluydu. Bir daha kesinlikle kalmam.

Hemen ilk aklımdakini yazayım. Resepsiyondaki bey efendi Sercan Dabanbastı işini beklenin çok üzerinde olağanüstü performans ile yapıyor. Güler yüzlü ve samimi tavırlarları var. Bizi ve tüm misafirleri dinledi. Çözüm odaklı idi. Kendisini tebrik ederim. Oteli tavsiye sebeplerimin en başında geliyor. Otelin konumu harika. Havaş hemen önünden hayalet ediyor.
