Nice place and nice people, that particular day looks like they had big event , breakfasts dinning area was very crowded but staff was trying hard to accommodate all and keep service in line.

Reasonably good stay but the A/C didn’t work well

It is a very good hotel, clean, with attentive staff (especially Mr. Hasan at the front). Parking is available at the back. But the air conditioning did not work well for some reason in our room even when we dropped the setpoint down to 18°C). It became unbearably hot (27°C) in our room. We needed to open our window in order to cool it down overnight, which seems like a ghetto thing to have to do in such a high-class hotel. Very strange. But otherwise a reasonably good stay.

Klima sorunu olmasaydı iyiydi ama büyük sorundu

Odalar temiz ama küçük Yataklar sigmisti bir şekilde :) Banyo yine küçük ama fonksiyonel Kahvaltı dahil olmaması dezavantaj Uyuyana kadar sıkıntı yoktu tâki klimanın çalışmadığını görünceye kadar. Sabah namazında 31derece oda sıcaklığı vardı. Pencereyi açsan gürültü ve klima panelinin bip bip diye uyurasi, yani uyku haram oldu :( Klima harici kesinlikle tercih ederdim ama klima baya kötü etkiledi. Beraber gezdiğimiz ikinci aile da aynı klimadan şikayetçiydi. Yakışmıyor böyle bir otele 10/5

The Master Chef Of The Grand Hotel

Son yolculuğum sırasında sadece 1 gece ailemile beraber bu otelde konaklama fırsatı buldum ve deneyimimden son derece memnun kaldım. Odaların temizliği ve rahatlığı gerçekten etkileyiciydi. Oda büyüklüğü oldukça iyiydi. Otelin otopark hizmeti de oldukça kullanışlıydı, araçla seyahat edenler için bu büyük bir avantaj. Ancak en büyük sürpriz, otelde akşam yemeğiydi. Bu bölgede deniz ürünleri yemeklerini denemeyi sürpriz oldu. Oteldeki usta, muhteşem bir balık yemeği hazırladı. Gaziantep yorumuyla olamayacak kadar enfes bir lezzetti. Genel olarak, bu otel mükemmel bir konaklama deneyimi sunuyor. Temizlik, rahatlık, otopark hizmeti ve özellikle muhteşem balık yemeği ile beni etkiledi. Eğer bu bölgede konaklama arıyorsanız, kesinlikle burayı tavsiye ederim.

Personal, Zimmer ist super. Das einzige was mir nicht gefallen hat ist das Frühstück. In Gaziantep würde ich aber sowieso draussen essen da es dafür Berühmt ist
