"This property was efficient for our needs. Had a quick turn over flight and needed a place to sleep overnight. It was easy to access, quiet and customer friendly. Not a lot of food options for late night dinner but the soup was ok."

"Love the Langshott Manor. The perfect place to stay for a layover at Gatwick. A charming 16th century inn located on scenic grounds. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. The restaurant was wonderful for both breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend."

"This is my second stay at this hotel and like last time I had another hassle free experience. I can’t fault this hotel and it’s my default accommodation if I require an overnight stay at Gatwick. Rooms are clean, bathroom spotless, towels fresh and fluffy, bed comfortable, air-con very effective, shower very good and staff super helpful. "We stayed two weeks here, making this spot our hub for our sightseeing outings around south of England. The room we had was spacious overlooking a very large garden creating a sense of being at "home" rather than feeling trapped in a hotel. Staff lives on the ground and are very helpful. Ample parking space so easy parking for larger SUVs. There are supermarkets close by, so there is an easy supply of fresh fruits and vegetable during our stay. Nice pubs nearby. Close enough to walk and get on...

"Booked as we had an early flight the following morning, room was comfortable enough for the stay. A bit smaller and compact than seen in pictures, quite a bit of dust behind bathroom door. Bed was very comfy. Air con takes a while to circulate throughout the room"

"When I arrived on Thursday there was no receptionist, no one there to help me check in. I think some random cleaner had the code to open the room I was staying at for the night. I asked if there was a restaurant or a place to eat for dinner and breakfast the next morning. All the person had to say was there was a Sainsbury store where the gas station was across the street, if I wanted to buy food. Very disappointed, stay away from this hotel like the plague!"
