"Air didn’t work, dated bathrooms and very uncomfortable bed."

"This property was amazing! Clean, safe, considerate with a kind staff. I booked the 2bed 2bath loft and will definitely be back"

"The location of the hotel was very easy to get to, either driving or walking, and had a beautiful view of the bridge. The staff were very helpful and the restaurant was delicious. Unfortunately my son and I were placed in a room that was accessed only from the exterior side of the building, next to a parking lot. The room didn’t have any curtains, so the lights from the lot shone into our room all night."

"The room was a little dated."

"Clean, comfortable amenities, good location, lots of dinning choices. Parking is expensive but inner city is that way! Will stay again if in the area."

"Great location and nice breakfast"

"Room was clean and location was great. A particular shining light was Debbie, the housekeeping staff. Friendly, warm and the only reason this place isn’t getting 1 star. Breakfast was awful, front desk staff lazy, uninterested and unhelpful, shower was a trickle, bed super soft and lumpy."

"They are very active"

"I enjoyed my stay, no complaints. I would definitely recommend. And will book again"

"Don’t be cheap… every other day for turn down service. Not even a run of the bathroom and clean towels… cheap cheap cheap"

"Le seul avantage de cet hôtel est son emplacement. Idéal pour visiter la plupart des quartiers de Philadelphie, à pied ou en métro. Le quartier est très central, entouré de beaucoup de restaurants et de lieux de sortie En revanche, très peu de service, le ménage n'est pas fait tous les jours et se borne au changement des serviettes. Résultat : de la poussière de partout, de notre arrivée à notre départ. Seul le vigile français qui travaille le soir était très sympa"
