"A hotel inside the airport building and very convenient walk to Terminal T2.. just a 5 min walk from the hotel entrance to T2. Room was good and a decent size..there are rooms that overlook the runway and give a good view. Overall great location if you want to stay close to the airport and not travel before your flight"

"Das Hotel war laut. Man hört alles von anderen Zimmern (Toilettenspülung, Dusche,...). Das Zimmer war neben dem Lift, den man auch gehört hat und einen Schlaf unmöglich gemacht hat. Der Flughafentransfer benötigt für eine Strecke von 500 Metern 17 Minuten. Da wir die ganze Nacht nicht geschlafen haben und aufgrund der minderen Qualität des Hotels, wäre eine Rückerstattung des Preises mehr als angemessen. "

"No wi fi available. . Room basic, with bed ,1 plastic chair ,1 plastic stool no sofa. No amenities apart from a Kettle, no cups but were given.2 paper cups and t and coffee when asked at reception. 2 bath towels but no hand towels. Tiny bar of soap and 2 sachets of shower wash. Bed rock hard and very uncomfortable. When stripping bed in morning, to save cleaners a little time , discoverd why we were pulling at the quilt all night...it was a single quilt sideways in a king sized cover! ...

"My 3rd visit. Great location for Lymm and surroundings. The only thing that let it down this time was the breakfast. When I first visited I was served a great full English meal, plus tea and toast. Now you are expected to make tea using an urn and to make toast in a toaster which was irritating as other people can use it at the same time and it is difficult to make toast to your own liking. Breakfast staff seemed embarrassed to have to explain the routine to each table. I mentioned it at...

"Rugby match was being played and the car park was full even though there were security guards on checking in your staying, in the morning the car park was empty. The bar and restaurant was full so paying guests could not get food"

"Very relaxing break at this lovely hotel&spa.The pool and spa facilities are 5 star -highly recommend.Showers very clean and pool and jacuzzi really good. Things which were oddly missing:safes or mini fridges in the room.Was inconvenient carrying purses around Breakfast though lovely could do with more vegetarian options and fruit/yoghurts etc Staff were lovely from Alison at reception to the staff at the Spa.I would give it a 5 star "
