"We visited in May for my birthday, and everything was perfect. The weather was beautiful, and the location surrounded by vineyards and rolling hills; it was pure bliss. So peaceful and relaxing! The house is charming and stylish, with all the modern comforts. The team was incredibly warm and thoughtful, making our stay feel truly special. From sipping wine with vineyard views to enjoying the calm mornings, it was the perfect birthday escape. Highly recommend. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Only thing we regret is that we only started one night here as we on the way from Portugal to Spain! We couldn’t say enough about this historical hotel and can’t wait to expect one day we return for the longer stay. The free breakfast was served on an ancient stone table, hotel also served a wonderful dinner, it was delicious! "The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bathroom was compact but used the space well. We tried the outdoor pool but it was unheated and cool for being at the end of a hot summer. The indoor Roman bath was better. We normally don’t get breakfast through the hotels we stay at , but did here because of the reviews. It was an extensive breakfast so we were happy we did this. I would fully recommend this hotel. It is a short 2 minute walk to old town. "
