"This hotel is great and one of the cheapest"

"Bed bugs! The room on the second floor with three beds that we used was full of bed bugs, pillows are not cleaned and the blankets were dirty. I didn't sleep properly because bed bugs were biting me. It was itchy and irritating. We were unaware that we even brought the bed bugs home. Now our house has bed bugs that is alarmingly disturbing. I don't recommend this place and will never come back. It's the worst stay I had when it comes to cleanliness from all the places I've booked. They should...

"Parking"

"Beautiful and relaxing"

"Very clean room and overall. Was not too pleased with $25 per day parking fee. A little much for already being a paid customer."

"Our room had a very smelly air conditioner and bathroom was not the cleanest. Plus we were missing the TV remote and cups."

"Everything was perfect!"

"For my wife and I The Tower Hotel was everything we wanted. We had a good view of the US falls and the observation deck gave you a good view of all the falls and the fireworks. The off-site parking was acceptable because the shuttles are always less than 5 minutes away. The staff were all very helpful especially Ed at the door. The Steakhouse was very good and the prices were acceptable. Our waiter was very good I don't remember the gentlemen's name."

"The Fairfield in Niagara was a wonderful place to stay. The staff were excellent and the hotel was very very nice, clean and quiet. It is located within walking distance to everything. We stayed for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great every morning. I hadn’t stay in a Fairfield very much in the past but I was pleasantly surprised at what a nice hotel this was. I would definitely stay there again if I’m ever back in that area."

"The staff helped us get a last min room when we had to leave the hotel we originally booked due to it being unclean, and front door smashed in. They were amazing"
