Good staff, great sauna, great breakfast, moldy shower, moldy shower head, dead flies on wall. Beds are clean but the pillows had no support. Wouldn't mind staying again but would look for alternatives before locking it in.

Great staff, amazing location, clean rooms. Too clean, the floors were sticky from the soap used to clean the floors. Use less or rinse the floors. House slippers were sticking to the floor making peeling sounds. But great all around.

The room was very clean and had a good amount of space. One of the main reasons I chose here was because one of the amenities listed is that they have “Laundry Service”. I requested an iron to iron my clothes because I was just going to do it myself and was told no. The next morning I went back and asked if they had laundry service…again, no. People traveling for work look for these amenities and expect that they will be able to look presentable after having their clothing packed for days on end. So this was a major inconvenience. However, the property itself was very nice. I personally wouldn’t stay here again for that reason but that may not be important to others

Front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. Our room was very cute and our balcony had a wonderful view of the mountains. The location was great and close to everything. The breakfast was delicious and in addition to the buffet options, they include table side service with made to order dishes as well. Definitely recommend.
