Great staff, amazing location, clean rooms. Too clean, the floors were sticky from the soap used to clean the floors. Use less or rinse the floors. House slippers were sticking to the floor making peeling sounds. But great all around.

⭐ Eigentlich minus 3 Sterne – nie wieder! Für den Preis eines hochwertigen Hotels erwartet man definitiv mehr. Stattdessen: veraltete Ausstattung, erhebliche Sauberkeitsmängel und fragwürdige Zustände. Unser Zimmer wirkte wie aus den 1970er-Jahren: fleckiger Teppich, alte Couch mit riesigem Fleck und überall Staub. Der Tiefpunkt war das Bad: fremde Haare in Badewanne und rund um die Toilette, dazu ein verschmutzter, verstaubter Spiegel und dreckige Lampen. Auf unsere Beschwerde gab es keine Entschuldigung. Stattdessen erklärte ein sichtlich genervter Mitarbeiter, dass er allein im Hotel sei und sich nun irgendwie darum kümmern müsse. Erst danach wurde das Bad notdürftig von den Haaren befreit. Auch baulich gibt es Kritikpunkte: Eine scharfkantige Metallleiste zwischen Wohn- und Badezimmer stellt eine Verletzungsgefahr dar. Das Badezimmerfenster besteht aus klarem Glas und hat nur eine durchsichtige Gardine. Bei Licht kann man nachts von gegenüber problemlos ins Bad schauen – Privatsphäre? Fehlanzeige. Auch die Holzbalken auf dem Balkon wirkten teilweise morsch und instabil. Das Frühstückspersonal war freundlich und bemüht. Das Frühstück ist okay, für mich aber eher Drei-Sterne-Niveau. Leider fanden sich auch hier Staub und nicht sauberes Geschirr, darunter Gläser mit Lippenstiftresten. Fazit: Für den Preis völlig enttäuschend. Veraltetes Ambiente kann man mögen – mangelnde Sauberkeit und mögliche Sicherheitsmängel sind inakzeptabel. Trotz guter Lage, nie wieder hier.

Sehr unfreundlicher Empfang, insgesamt stark abgewohnt und nicht sauber. Die Badezimmer waren mangelhaft gepflegt, und auch unter dem Bett war es unangenehm. Das Frühstück war von eher schlechter Qualität, nur das freundliche Frühstücks-Personal und das Rührei konnten etwas positiv auffallen. Der Pool entspricht nicht den Bildern, und für 200 Euro pro Nacht ist dieses Hotel klar zu teuer. Gerne hätte ich was anderes berichtet.

Hotel was great, clean looked old but that was the vibe, big room, friendly staff nice breakfast too and quiet. Only issue was no fans available for the room so had to puck up my own but would go again even had parking too.

This was a fun place. Apparently it was a hospital in "the war" and has some quirks like an occasional double door and sort of a tunnel to the pool spa areas. Pretty (my wife says beautiful), well kept. good breakfast, nice people. Also walking distance to town. Like many other lovely older places we stayed in Germany/Austria, no air conditioning. Convenient on site parking.
