Some positive critique to work on (room 24): - We were in a street facing room, so there was noice from the street. - Cold water tap needs to be attended to … seems like no water and then all of a sudden a gush of it. - mattrasses can be opgraded/replaced, is very thin. "I was extremely disappointed at check-in. The only request I had made was a ground floor room which was provided. However, I had expected breakfast and was told it was a self-catering accommodation. I asked about breakfast and was led to believe that was doubtful and being able to invite a guest not allowed! My previous stay at Cherry Berry provided a delicious breakfast for me and my roommate and a generous willingness to invite a friend to join us. We ate in the garden and were delighted at...

"We were greeted very frostily by the owner and rushed up to our room because she wanted to go for a walk. She asked us why we hadn't replied to her urgent SMS sent 20 minutes ago. We said we were driving and hadn't seen it yet. We didn't see any more of her until se were just driving off. A white lady served us a mediocre breakfast. We had the feeling that we were a nuisance. Not the way guests should be treated."
