"Overall staff was great except for one lady at the front, who didn’t want to answer any questions or help. I wish I got her name so I can put it on here. Experience turned bad due to her. They need to not hire people like that for customer service positions."

"The afternoon valet gentleman was very helpful and friendly ! I liked that you can catch a shuttle bus to Disneyland for only seven dollars round trip per person ,"

"Everything was great including staff where always helpful"

"The staff was amazing, always helpful. We had an amazing time. We will be back!"

"parking is $28/day, which is sad because i feel like it should be free since you're already paying a lot of money to stay there there is no free breakfast, I'm personally not hurt by that but I would have loved a free banana before leaving for the day The AC is not cold enough, My wife and I woke up at 3 am both nights because it was TOO HOT in our room, The bed wasn't that comfy to be honest, between the pillows and the bed i give it a 5/10"

"Todo el complejo estaba muy limpio, el personal fue siempre muy atento. Creo que deberían considerar no cobrar el parking a los huéspedes, porque el precio por noche de las habitaciones no es barato☺️"
