"Great hotel a short drive from Disneyland. We had a problem checking in as our credit card is UK issued -they used the magnetic strip which caused it to be declined! It was 2am and I’d already paid for the first night but he wouldn’t let us check in and sort in the morning! Had to call credit card to get a fraud check lifted! They could have used chip and pin to avoid this! The hot tub wasn’t working during our stay! Breakfast was good!"

"Ice-cold showers and dismissive service Stayed one night and had a terrible experience in the morning. All three guests in our room had to take cold showers. The front desk casually told us we should have run the water for 10 minutes first—a weak excuse, considering between the three of us letting it run before giving up, it ran for well past 10 minutes with no heat at all. The lack of basic amenities combined with zero empathy or apology from staff makes it impossible to recommend this place."

"Clean rooms, considerably big, basic furniture and dated hotel. 2.5 star hotel"
