"Bathroom tub was dirty with dirt stains and bathroom needed updating. Breakfast was small. Floors were washed with a dirty mop and sticky."

"The stay was wonderful. Lots of perks."

"Great staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast."

"Nice new hotel! Great location and very nice."

"Great breakfast, room was new and clean"

"Clean, comfortable room, super comfy bed. Quiet, despite proximity to busy road. Excellent pool and hot tub, and great breakfast. A/C unit a little noisy, but effective and didn't keep us awake. Wished we had a streaming option on the TV instead of just Cable, but it wasn't a big deal for us. Would definitely stay again."

"We loved the property and our room. Have you had previous guests notice any unusual activity in their rooms? We heard a couple noises that were right next to us and our lamp turned on after we had settled in for the night. We weren’t scared but didn’t want to stick around to see if anything else would happen;) thank you for the experience and keeping the beautiful hotel open for others to enjoy."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The room smelled which was my biggest complaint. It smelled old and dirty. It was fairly quiet and very close to a lot of shoping and things I went there to do so that was nice. If you're not looking for the sign to the entrance you will drive right by it. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. Nothing special. The price was good. I didn't use the gym or the pool. The gym consisted if a treadmill, elliptical and a bike. I think that was it."

"We reserved 3 nights and looked forward to this visit on our 38th wedding anniversary. We really like writing positive reviews, but this one is mixed. The Good - The location is great, the apartments are nicely furnished. There was a sitting room, kitchen and a patio with a view of Lake Coeur d'Alene. It was very nice to be able to walk to downtown and restaurants from One Lakeside. We also really liked the Club Level and the hot tub there with its gorgeous view along with the work out room. The...

"The room was very clean and the bed was great. The black out blinds on the window worked perfectly as well as the large TV. We used the fridge and microwave and they were both clean and handy to have in the room. The breakfast room was filled with many options to choose from, and the friendly lady on staff was busy keeping everything topped up. An excellent stay!"

"Great location. Fun place."

"Overall this is a nice place...very clean and in a convenient location. It had working Netflix and although it was small it had the essentials. The only thing I really didn't like was the price! My friend and I had to stay somewhere with a ZERO ANIMALS policy - not just "no pets but service dogs ok" but NO ANIMALS as she is terribly allergic to animal dander. So while I'm thankful that this place was available and has such a policy, the price seemed extremely high. I paid $240 a night (this...
