"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Westin Seoul Parnas. I have stayed at quite a few hotels in Seoul and this place had by far the friendliest staff. All of the staff I encountered spoke English very well and were not shy to use it. I very much appreciated that. The rooms were very clean and felt new. We absolutely loved the fitness center. The breakfast buffet was one of the best had. The location is very convenient being within the COEX and walking distance to a bunch of shops and restaurants. We will definitely make this our go-to hotel when visiting Seoul from now on. My only gripe is that we had a room facing the temple next door and there were mornings when the temple would ring this huge bell at 4 am. I called the front desk to inquire how often this would occur, but they said it was random and they couldn't predict it. Next time, I will request a room on the opposite side of the hotel to be as far away as possible from the temple."

"This hotel was super pet-friendly, which meant every elevator ride came with the delightful possibility of a surprise dog sighting. We weren’t traveling with pets ourselves, but honestly the occasional elevator pup cameo made our day every time. The location was perfect—walkable to tons of great spots, and if we needed to go farther, it was about a 15-minute taxi ride in pretty much any direction. The staff were consistently kind and welcoming, which always makes a stay feel extra special. And bonus points for the little coffee shop inside the hotel—it was so delicious and quickly became part of our daily routine."

"It was a great hotel. The rooms were spacious and modern. The location was perfect. The staff were very friendly and professional. One issue is that the shower/bath design is quite weird. It is very slippery, especially when getting in or out. I actually fell and bruised my arm when trying to get out of it during my first night. However, all the positives of this hotel make up for it, and I would definitely stay here again!"
