This hotel is in between two subway stations which make it convenient to travel across Seoul. Staff were very helpful with any questions we had, and the cleaning staff very diligent.

Everything was great, hotel staff was amazing and the place was very clean. Looks a bit smaller than photos but it was still spacious. Only thing that did not work waa the temperature control. It was available but was not modifiable. Our place was completely too hot.

There were lots of breakfast options to select from. It’s a set menu. The rooms were clean and the staff members are very friendly. The only complaint is the elevators, when there are weddings held (which seems to be all weekends and Fridays), taking the elevator is a chore. We couldn’t find staircases that didn’t lock (didn’t want to be locked in). Overall great stay.

The room was good and clean. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was weak and the bed had only one blanket. The breakfast was not a buffet, and the Western-style food was simply poor. The English skills of most of the staff were very poor.

Our overall experience was excellent. Everyone starting from the front desk was accomodating and pleasant. I would also like to commend all the staff that always serve our breakfast. They made sure that we enjoy everything that they serve us. I would say that is the highlight of our stay. The room was well maintained, bed is so comfortable and relaxing. The room was well cleaned, well lighted and relaxing. We would definitely recommend this to our friend and our stay in Eliena hotel made us want to come back and visit South Korea again. We really loved our stay! It was excellent! Kudos to the management and the whole staff! We love all of you and we will see you again. Thank you very much for making our stay in Korea worth it!! ❤️

Very professional front desk and concierge’s, and the restaurant staff. One very unhappiness to point out is, room TV is facing side ways of the bed. Just could not watch the TV, we were getting stiff neck. I hope hotel management notices this survey because there will be many more whom will experience this and it won’t help.

Great Gangnam Hotel

Lovely hotel with great staff and very modern and clean. Bed was far too hard for me though but that’s a personal thing. Long walk to find eateries but very close to the subway which is very convenient.

Do not recommend

I do not recommend for a first time in Seoul. Hence the staff was really nice, the hotel itself is far from the main attractions if you are a first timer in Seoul. Also the room had a terrible smell, windows were not cleaned for the past few years, we could hear the room next door and the restaurant just above our room. There was an automatic light in the room entrance which was really annoying, the AC dropped on the bed and the bed was very hard, not comfortable. I think the price is overrated compared to the experience.
