"TVs don’t work. No towels available. Room had roaches . Had blood on the sheets . They had more rooms than not available. Refused to help us by coming fix the things . They refused to allow us to cancel reservations. They refused to move us rooms. This is the worse hotel I have ever experienced. ..."
