The hotel was pleasantly surprising. The area for breakfast was vibrant and cute & parking was easy. We requested a high floor upon booking; day of check-in we called they had not put us in a top floor, but the staff was very prompt to make the correction without any bumps. As for the room, it was spacious and clean, but the bathroom was especially small & tight. Shower was a bit weird & scary; the floor creaked and felt as though any movement would send you through the floor & the facet handle was on one wall and the shower head on the opposite wall but it worked well and water pressure was fine. The room had a good size table on wheels to pull out and eat bedside if wanted. Cute and appreciated, but wheeling the table out, the rollers weren't the best & hard to move. Couch in room was perfectly cushioned, but the bed was hard and they only had down pillows to offer, so it wasn't the best but it did the job. (kinda wished I slept on the couch cushions instead).

The guy that checked us in was amazing!!!! I loved everything about him. He was everything helpful. The room had a moist feel to it but it wasn't too bad (we had a fan). We stayed here before we departed for our cruise: I would stay here again.

After multiple stays in the past 18 months, this is still our favorite hitel in the area. Always clean, good breakfast, excellent parking and clean pool. Staff is always amazing. This time we were fortunate to meet Belinda. She went out of her way to ensure we had the perfect, comfortable stay. We look forward to seeing her again.

My new favorite place to stay when we head to Galveston! Location is perfect for traveling to the island. Staff is friendly and very helpful (shoutout to Ashley and Monique). Hotel is so clean and smells great! Our room was so spacious, clean and had everything we needed and more. And let’s not forget about breakfast! Breakfast was great!!! We will definitely be back!

Overall a nice stay. I tried the breakfast offerings at various times and I really wish they would have replenished items as they ran out in the morning. The pool is outdoor and an enjoyable space but there was a lot of drinking by the pool in the evenings. There was a lot of rain during our stay so if we go again I'll make sure to find a place with an indoor pool.
