Our stay at Hilton Galveston Island Resort was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, polished, and beautifully done. Beautiful view of the ocean. Huge floor-to-ceiling windows. Staff was very helpful and kind. Room was beautifully designed, however there were a few problems. The bathroom sink was clogged and drained very slowly. The bathtub wasn’t clean. We were only there for one night, so didn’t use the pool. We could see it from our window and the kids and parents were having a great time.
