Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication

Needed some work.

Started with the reservation not being confirmed so the property owner did not know we were coming. The hottub in the picture did not work and was gross. Furniture was broken and very uncomfortable. There was not an adequate supply of dishes, not even a regular size frying pan. The sink was backed up because the disposal did not work and the management company did not come to fix it.
